Information we collect
We collect only the details you submit through our quote, booking or partnership forms: your name, email address, phone number, street address, property type, panel count and any notes you add. We also collect service records such as visit dates and before/after photos of your installation.
How we use it
To quote accurately, schedule visits, send confirmations and reminders, deliver your performance reports, and invoice you. We may send occasional service reminders when a clean is due. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Sharing
Where you were referred by a solar installer partner, we may share the completion status and report for your job with that partner. Service providers who help us operate — for example scheduling, email or payment tools — process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and your rights
We retain job records for as long as needed to service your system and meet legal and tax obligations. Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sebbanchetti05@gmail.com.
