Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the panel count, roof type and access details you provide and remain valid for 30 days. If site conditions differ materially on arrival, we will confirm any revised price with you before starting work.
Access and safety
Safe access to the roof and to an outdoor water point must be available. We reserve the right to postpone a job where weather, roof condition or access presents an unacceptable safety risk. Our technicians are insured and follow working-at-heights protocol.
Cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or failed access on arrival, may attract a callout fee.
Service standard and liability
We clean with deionised water and soft brush heads only — no abrasive chemicals or pressure washing. Pre-existing damage identified during inspection is reported, not repaired. Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed, save where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a maintenance plan or commercial account states otherwise. Maintenance plans may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled visit.
